Town Halls are the main focus of your village and a key structure to keep safe from enemies if you're trying to level up your trophies. The Halls level also dictates how many other types of buildings and structures you can have. If you are not trying to level up your trophies, place the town hall outside your defensive walls and away from your defenses to allow enemies to easily destroy it, thus giving you a shield for many hours to collect and gain more resources! It takes up a total of 16 squares in a 4 x 4 area.
